Business Challenge - Telco company required qualified technician/engineer on-site within 10 days of initial request to fulfill SOW requirements. All collateral from site surveys were due within 48 hours of leaving site. Technician/Engineer were required to read/write/speak in English and have a laptop, console cable, digital camera and cell phone. Some additional tools were required and were reviewed on a case-bycase basis depending upon country.

This deployment is part of a $1.6 billion outsourcing deal awarded to a top telecommunications company to provide wide area and ocal area networks, voice services including VoIP, managed security solutions and mobility services.
