Project-based merchandising company needed dispatch team to support 24 x 7 operations that can adjust to peaks and valleys of their business volume. Historically, company fulfilled their need with a combination of temp resources and going through the hiring and firing cycle but the speed to expand in support of a new project was not met by the old process.

Solution:

Bizpro put together a dispatch team that was lean and could handle the customers minimum headcount requirement and standardized the work by creating an Operations Manual.  We cross trained resources to support multiple projects which positioned us for rapid deployment when our customers business spiked.
